Two of my Sloth photographs are in this book written by Janet Piehl. The title is “Let’s look at Sloths”. I took the sloth photographs here in Panama. Among several other photographers are Frans Lanting, Kevin Schaefer, Peter Arnold, and Steve Bloom. In 2010 edition of The Rough Guide to Panama I had four wildlife photographs. In the 2014 edition I have two landscape photographs. You can buy the books at www.amazone.com Øyvind Foto Workshop I Romsdalen, 22-25 september 2016. Les mer under "Workshops in Norway". This one was photographed inside the rain forest of Soberania national park on our 5 days Boat and Jungle Photo Tour. The tour is one of our most popular tours, and it is a very good place to start your Panama Photo adventure. The tour can also be extended, upon request, or you can add one of the other tours to your photo adventure. You can read the full program under "Photo Tours in Panama". One of my rain forest images was selected for this book published by the National Geographic Society. The book is for kids (and adult kids) it is educational and fun. Here I am with our dog, Sølvi, beside a Cuipo tree on our property in Panama. The Cuipo tree is a part of our small reforestation project. We have planted twenty of them, and they grow 30-40 meters tall. The Cuipo is among the emergent layer trees in a rain forest. In addition we have planted other rain forest trees, and in a few years we will have a healthy rain forest here. 1% of our Photo Tour sales in 2016 will go directly to our reforestation project. That said, I encourage you to start your own small reforestation project in the area where you live. After a few years you can say to yourself: “At least I did something”.
